The quick worldwide proliferation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, known as the coronavirus, is until today an unprecedented situation, which has overturned the employment landscape and the performance of contractual relationships and obligations. The publication of numerous Legislative Decrees and Ministerial Decisions aims at regulating the emergency measures for supporting society and entrepreneurism but also at securing the smooth operation of the market.
